Application to remove the existing conservatory and build two single-storey extensions at the back with landscaping. Add two new dormers at the back, an access ramp at the front, make external alterations, replace the existing front gates with wider accessible pedestrian gates and associated fencing, and install a wheelchair storage enclosure at the front.
